Hannah is from Mt. Juliet, got her degree in exercise science and her minor in nutrition from MTSU. She is passionate about living a healthy life while encouraging and helping others to do the same. She has experience in a variety of exercise techniques including cross training, barre and strength training, and loves keeping her client workouts creative and interesting. Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and going on new adventures.
