What does fitness success look like?

Fitness success, I believe, is defined as anyone participating in activity that represents more movement in their life.  For some, that may be a better cardio time or a more efficient lifting routine. For others, it may be just about transitioning from a sedentary lifestyle to activity 2 or 3 times a week. The important piece of fitness success is that we are constantly challenging our bodies, thereby increasing our stress tolerance.  Exercise can only benefit us if we allow it to push us beyond that which our sedentary lives allow.
