The Skinny on Skinny

What do thin people do that keeps them that way? A recent study by Consumer Reports revealed those who have always been thin or who have successfully maintained their weight loss for more than three years, have several characteristics in common. Thin people eat fruits and vegetables every day, choose whole grains over refined, and observe portion control at every meal (no supersizing!) As far as exercise, the leanest among us strength train at least once a week and work out vigorously most days of the week. In other words, eating right and exercising is a way of life.
