Sometimes, It’s Okay to be Predictable

Yes, variety is the spice of life, however it may not always be an option in our fast-paced work week.  If you have trouble meal planning, create a go-to meal for yourself that you always have at hand.  That means, the contents are always on your grocery list and always stocked in your fridge or your pantry! For me, my breakfast is always stocked: frozen berries, oatmeal, walnuts and Greek yogurt.

It’s okay to be predictable. It’s just a meal.  You have better things to think about!
