Rest Day the Right Way
Our bodies need rest, especially when we’re regularly hitting our workouts hard. Sleep give us most of that recovery, but we also need some active recovery. The best active recovery can come in a rest day, a rest day the right way! Instead of camping out on the couch, take some time for a hike or leisurely bike ride. Enjoy some activity without the pressure of getting the last rep or maintaining heart rate. Just get active and rest!
