Protect your workout time

Your workout time can easily be encroached upon by other obligations, some that may not be necessary.  Set yourself up well by scheduling your workout at an appropriate time and committing yourself to it! Take your workout clothes with you.  Write down what you’re going to do in your workout.  Think about your workout.  Having all the pieces (including your thinking) with you will help you stay committed to that time.
