Planning to be Healthy
For those of you who have a dedicated workout time, it may be hard to imagine not having that opportunity in your day to physically exert yourself. For those of you who don’t have that time, you may find yourself craving it and continually planning to be healthy. That’s okay! Planning is exactly what it takes to establish a good exercise regimen. If you don’t schedule it, it won’t happen. Work out in the morning if work makes your evenings crazy. Work out in the evening if you’re too committed to your snooze button. Work out at lunch if you’re looking for a break in the workday.
