Outdoor Exercise + Allergies

img_5412Does the fall of the year have you reaching for your Kleenex?  Allergies from ragweed and weed pollen are plentiful in Tennessee right now.  The warm, dry air only makes these triggers more prevalent, leaving you feeling miserable and unmotivated to work out. To offset some of this nuisance: 1) wear a cap when you’re exercising outside and refrain from sticky hair gels that tend to trap allergens 2) wear sunglasses to cover your eyes from pollen and 3) find an antihistamine that will work for you to manage allergy symptoms.

Autumn weather is too comfortable to pass up the outdoors.
