Jeff's Oatmeal

Give this oatmeal combination a try! Boil: ½ cup of steel cut oats (less processed oatmeal= less insulin spike) Tsp of salt ½ cup of water ½ cup of milk

Pour over: ½ cup of frozen blueberries (for vitamins and minerals) ½ banana ¼ cup of walnuts (for healthy fats)

Top with: A few shakes of cinnamon
