Cut Back on Sugar
As predisposed as we are to crave sugar, we know it’s not good for us to consume regularly. We can stall some of these cravings by putting a few practices in place.
- Eat regular meals with a balance of protein and carbohydrates.
- Aim for ample sleep every night to keep blood sugar levels normal.
- Stay away from sugar substitutes and “cheat days”, so there’s no sweet reinforcement to encourage the cravings.
