Jeff enjoys reading non-fiction, watching Auburn football and drinking good coffee.  He has a wife, Ashley and a son, Henry.
  • <b>NASM-PES, Yoga Fit<br />Strengths:</b> holistic approach, nutrition, individualized programming<br /><br />				John is an in-demand speaker on the subject of health and fitness with notable appearances on WSMV’s “More at Midday” show and as the personal trainer with the <em>Mens Health</em> Get Healthy Tour.  His work includes leading wellness challenges such as “Holiday Survivor”, “No Gain, No Pain” and “Wellness Your Way”.

John also leads group fitness and yoga classes for numerous companies.
  • <b>ACE-CPT<br />Strengths:</b> weight loss, lifetime wellness, & motivation<br /><br />				Marianne Wilson, from Pleasant View, works with clients interested in lifestyle changes through weight loss and injury prevention.  A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University,  she utilizes her own interest in healthy living to motivate her clients.  Marianne enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family and friends, as well as working on her house.
  • <b>FIA-Certified 3 in fitness<br />Strengths:</b> enthusiasm, motivation<br /><br />				Adrian is from Sydney, Australia and completed his studies with the Australian Institute of Fitness.  He progresses his clients with exercise variations that keep the workout interesting.  Adrian enjoys watching rugby league, spending time with his wife and children, and traveling abroad.

She attended Northwest Missouri State  University on a volleyball scholarship and obtained a degree in  recreation and wellness. Mackenzie enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeff.  She values her faith and encourages her clients to stay focused on their own fitness value.

Min holds a culinary arts degree from Johnson & Wales University.  He enjoys playing sports, watching movies and fishing.
  • <b>NASM-CPT,CES <br />Strengths:</b> corrective exercise, creativity and motivation<br /><br />				David, from Phoenix, Arizona, was voted Best Trainer of Nashville, due to his adaptable training style and wide range of clientele abilities.  David played baseball at the collegiate level and currently plays competitive softball.  He has a wife, Amberley and a son, Preston.
  • <b>CSCS, Pilates Instructor Certified, Thai Yoga Message Therapist, TRX<br />Strengths:</b>  25 years as a full time trainer, creative approach<br /><br />				Jay, a two-year transplant from Santa Fe, New Mexico, has brought his own holistic style of training to LEAN.  His work has proven effective for clients whose goals are weight loss, as well as those looking for general conditioning.  Jay likes the big-city-small-town feel of Nashville, and the opportunities for outdoor exercise, such as trail-running and horse riding.  He values his non-training time with Alive Hospice.

Michael enjoys time with his wife, Carla; son, Isaiah; and Boston terrier, Capone.

Suzanne enjoys trail-running, hiking and other outdoor pursuits with her husband and two sons.
